Programming a Cisco Network Using Python

David Bombal demonstrates how to configure multiple Cisco switches using Python and GNS3.

In his previous videos in a series on Python programming for networking pros, David Bombal demonstrated how to program a virtual Cisco router and a virtual Cisco switch with Python using GNS3. In this installment, he shows you how to automate the configuration of multiple switches and VLANs at the same time. He explains that GNS3 allows you to try things out without worrying about breaking a live network.
