These attacks could take place in any organization. To stop them, you must change your network-access model from implicit to explicit permission. Adapt network access to each user's logon attempt. Give users personalized access to the network, with explicit permission to use only the resources they are authorized to use. Also, manage this explicit permission through a platform that grants or denies access based on a real-time assessment of security requirements, network status and user status, rather than fixed policies. Finally, build systems that can pinpoint the offending user and quarantine his or her device immediately.
