MARLBORO, N.J. -- MXsense Solutions, Inc. today announced the immediate availability of its MXsense email archiving solution design for Microsoft Exchange and Outlook environments. Delivered as a hosted, software as a service (SaaS) solution, MXsense provides a powerful search engine with built-in indexing and archiving features designed to manage the ever-growing volumes of information and intelligence stored in email communications and attachments.

MXsense is a non-intrusive and completely transparent platform to preserve an unlimited amount of email data and it provides powerful tools for general email searching functions as well as surveillance, e-discovery and compliance needs. As an on-demand solution, MXsense is fully-managed and scalable. Organizations can be up and running in less than an hour and there is no client software to install or on-premise hardware and appliances to purchase and manage. MXsense greatly reduces the burden on corporate IT departments because the email archive is stored off-site, at MXsenses secure datacenter.

MXsense offers split-second performance and supports basic and advanced methods to search archived email, including keyword and Boolean searches, searches restricted by user, from/to, date and more, with a familiar Google-like interface for ease of use.

According to The Radicati Group, an industry research firm, email archiving solutions offer interactive, long-term storage of email in a separate file store, with easy search and retrieval capabilities. Citing the firm’s latest study, "E-Mail Archiving Market, 2008-2012," which covers both on-premises and hosted e-mail archiving solutions, the market is expected to reach almost $1.7 billion in 2007, and grow to over $6.6 billion by 2012.

“Email is the most widely-used form of business communication, accounting for approximately two-thirds of all correspondence, yet access to all but recent email is typically very limited for most users,” explained Paul Banco, Chief Executive Officer at MXsense Solutions, Inc. “MXsense provides a powerful system to tap into the volumes of information and knowledge captured in email and attachments, and reduces the cost and burden on corporate IT departments at the same time. It also offers a range of tools for organizations to proactively manage compliance, surveillance and e-discovery initiatives.”MXsense Solutions Inc.
