New Sanrad V-Switch 3440 and 3840 expand ease of use, connectivity, and virtualization

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- SANRAD, Inc., a leading supplier of open Storage Area Network (SAN) connectivity and management solutions, today launched a new generation of V-Switch Intelligent Network Switches, the V-Switch 3440 and the V-Switch 3840. Designed to enable the cost-effective management of virtual storage infrastructures, the V-Switch solutions feature an open, heterogeneous storage networking architecture with enhanced connectivity and tightly integrated storage virtualization and disaster recovery to complement virtual server environments. SANRAD's unique ability to create virtual machine state-consistent snapshots across arrays and deliver storage disaster recovery without user intervention promise true high availability for any enterprise. SANRAD also introduced a new graphical user interface (GUI) that greatly simplifies storage management.
