Dataram Buys Cenatek Assets

Acquisition builds upon growth strategy

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Dataram Corporation [NASDAQ: DRAM], a leading provider of server and workstation memory, announced the completion of the acquisition of certain assets of Cenatek, Inc. These assets include issued patents, patents pending and disclosed patent applications which position Dataram for growth in the performance computing and application optimization markets.
