ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Digitiliti, Inc. (the Company”) - (Pink Sheets:DIGI), announced today that it was listed in Standard and Poor’s Daily News Section of Corporation Records on March 17, 2008. Further, all current information about the Company that has been listed in the Pink Sheets News Service and can be accessed at www.pinksheets.com and by the Company’s symbol (“DIGI”) in the “Get Quote” box and then clicking on the “Filings” link. The Company also plans to file a Form 10 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in April, 2008, that will make it a “reporting issuer” under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and that after the effective date of the Registration Statement, the Company will be required to file quarterly, annual and other reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission on a regular basis.
