The latest iteration features several useful updates, including self-service passwords, which let users reset their own webNetwork password if they've forgotten it or if it's expired, which saves calls to the helpdesk. In addition, the product's new Form Composer utility provides data-entry forms for back-end databases and directories. RealOps AutoPilot 1.0
RealOps has released an enhanced AMP (Automation Management Platform) and new AMP AutoPilot 1.0 application module, which comes with modifiable templates for automating common operations. Templates include predefined sub-processes or actions that replicate discrete IT procedures.
