MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- Kazeon Systems, Inc., the leading provider of intelligent eDiscovery and Information Management solutions, today announced a solutions alliance with Quantum Corp., the leading global specialist in backup, recovery and archive. Kazeons ability to perform automated eDiscovery collection, preservation, processing, analysis and review on all electronically stored information (ESI) residing within an enterprise works seamlessly with Quantum’s DXi-Series disk backup systems incorporating data de-duplication and replication technology. Kazeon can perform eDiscovery on backup and archive data residing on a Quantum DXi in addition to storing the resulting repository on the DXi system. The combination provides a comprehensive solution for eDiscovery, archival and compliance by minimizing the data actually stored.

Through the combined solution, customers will be able to take advantage of the industry’s most complete Information Management software and will be able to make early-case assessments, gain more control of their in-house eDiscovery processes, and enforce compliance and retention policies for all data stored in online, offline, active and archive repositories, including network shares, email and other backup/archive repositories.
