Zeus Appoints Dave Asprey

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- Zeus Technology, a leading provider of award-winning application traffic management software, today announced the expansion of the companys executive management team with the appointment of Dave Asprey as Vice President Technology Strategy.

Asprey will be responsible for defining technology strategy, driving strategic OEM development projects, and identifying new target markets and products for the company. Asprey will also provide architectural leadership for Zeus’ future product development.

Prior to joining Zeus, Asprey was Director of Product Management at Citrix’s NetScaler application networking division, where he was responsible for WAN optimization and application networking acceleration. He also held strategic planning and director-level roles at Citrix, Akamai and Savvis. Asprey has more than 10 years of technology leadership experience in the application networking, content distribution, and internet hosting industries.
