Lockdown NAC Wins Cisco Seal of Approval

Vendor's network access control solution is certified as interoperable with Cisco's NAC framework.

Lockdown Networks disclosed this week that its Lockdown Enforcer security policy management solution now works with Cisco Systems' NAC devices.

The vendor's Lockdown Enforcer can now act an audit server in Cisco environments, assessing the health of Cisco agent-less host devices. Lockdown Enforcer can launch audits against NAH devices based on Generic Authorization Message Exchange (GAME) queries from Cisco Access Control Servers (ACS).The policy enforcement solution then reports on the status of the NAH devices to the ACS, which can then be executed on by a Cisco Network Access Device.
