ComBrio, TDi Team Up

WESTBOROUGH, Mass. -- ComBrio, Inc., providers of remoteconnectivity software, and TECSys Development, Inc. (TDi), providers ofdevice and application event monitoring and management solutions, todayannounced a strategic alliance to offer an integrated solution for secureremote monitoring and management services for service providers.The two companies will collaborate by integrating ComBrio's Virtual ServiceInfrastructure (VSI) with TDi's ConsoleWorksR solution. The combinedsolution will allow service providers to remotely manage and repair problemson all systems, devices and applications that make up a customer'smission-critical computing infrastructure. ComBrio's VSI provides the remoteconnectivity software for TDi's ConsoleWorks to detect events as theyhappen, instantly notifying support personnel and taking predeterminedaction to correct potential problems.

The ComBrio/TDi solution enables service providers to centralize all theircustomers' managed services under a single instance of ConsoleWorks. This isdone through secure, on-demand communications between ConsoleWorks,installed at the service providers' operation center, and the customer'snetwork. The integrated solution provides revenue-generating anddifferentiating services that reduce mean time to problem resolution fortheir enterprise customers, while also meeting the enterprises' stringentrequirements for security and regulatory compliance. Compatibility testshave successfully been completed that streamline the integration of the twoorganizations' complimentary products.
