SAN DIEGO -- BakBone Software (Pink Sheets:BKBO), a global provider of heterogeneous integrated data protection solutions, today announced the appointment of David Schneider as vice president of BakBone’s strategic partner group. Schneider’s responsibilities will include managing BakBone’s current worldwide OEM partner alliances including Sun Microsystems, NCR-Teradata, Network Appliance, Apple, NEC and Fujitsu, as well as developing future strategic relationships as BakBone extends its global reach into the enterprise marketplace.
