CommVault Expands Into Russia

CommVault announced distribution agreements with two leading Russian resellers, CROC Inc. and Inform Project Ltd.

LONDON, U.K. -- CommVault(r) (NASDAQ: CVLT) today announced distribution agreements with two leading Russian resellers CROC Inc. and Inform Project Ltd. to resell the full suite of CommVault SimpanaTM software. These agreements mark CommVault's entry into the Russian market.

CROC is the largest IT service provider in Russia and Inform Project is a leader in distribution and installation of IT for the Russian government. The two organizations have been active in the Russian market since 1992 and 1999, respectively. Both partners will sell and support CommVault's full suite of data and information management software solutions throughout the Russian Federation.
