Mellanox Supports iDataPlex

SANTA CLARA, Calif. and YOKNEAM, Israel -- Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ:MLNX) (TASE:MLNX), a leading supplier of semiconductor-based, server and storage interconnect products, today announced that its ConnectX 20Gb/s InfiniBand adapters will provide a low-latency, high-performance interconnect for the IBM iDataPlex system. IBM iDataPlex is new category of server that dramatically increases compute density while significantly decreasing energy consumption and associated data center costs for Internet-scale computing.
