HIGHTSTOWN, N.J. -- QSGI, Inc. (OTCBB: QSGI) the only data security and regulatory compliance provider offering a full suite of life-cycle services for a corporations entire IT platform, today announced it has entered an agreement to provide data security and compliance services for one of the nations leading physician and healthcare networks, as well as an online postage company.

“We are pleased to provide our data security and compliance services for this leading healthcare and physician network. Upon successful transition, we would expect to provide our services for over 20,000 employees including several large hospitals. According to HIPAA, hospitals and physicians are held accountable for any electronic media that contains patient health information. According to the law, this information must be destroyed in such a manner that it “can not be practicably read or reconstructed.” This leading healthcare network selected QSGI’s best practice solution for our ability to provide a fully automated process that eliminates any chance of human error and ensures complete data destruction to Department of Defense standards. The online postage company selected QSGI for our efficient reporting process, which captures the make, model and full specifications of the hardware, in order to provide our client an immediate FMV and recover the maximum residual value for the IT equipment.”
