The Great Data Domain Bidding War

NetApp spending a billion and a half in cash and stock for Data Domain was interesting enough; but now with EMC offering $1.8 billion we have a good old fashioned bidding war. This shows that marketshare, and more importantly mindshare, is immensely valuable.
