Acacia Licenses Riverdeep

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- Acacia Research Corporation (NASDAQ:ACTG) announced today that its Disc Link Corporation subsidiary, which is part of its Acacia Technologies group, a leader in technology licensing, has entered into a license agreement with Riverdeep covering patents relating to portable storage devices with links. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas with respect to certain Riverdeep products.
