Sun Microsystems, AT&T, and Nortel Networks are working together to upgrade business technology at the Chicago Tribune, uniting customer service, billing, warehouse management, planning, and customer data. The newspaper will use two Sun Fire 15K servers running Sun Cluster 3.1 software on a Solaris 9 operating system.
