ALISO VIEJO, Calif. -- DATAllegro(tm),supplier of the most advanced data warehouse appliance on anenterprise-class platform, today announced that Steve DeSantis hasjoined the company as CFO.

Steve has over 20 years of financial management experience in both theprivate and public sectors. He spent the past 13 years leadingventure-backed enterprise software companies as Chief FinancialOfficer. Most notably was TCI Solutions, an application softwarecompany providing enterprise software and services to the retailindustry. During his tenure at TCI, the business grew by 640%. He alsosuccessfully raised several rounds of venture capital financings, tookthe company public as a reporting company under regulation D, and soldthe business at a premium to Retalix.
