MINNEAPOLIS -- Kroll Ontrack, the industry’s largest provider of paper and electronic discovery, computer forensics and ESI consulting, jury consulting, and courtroom presentation services, today announced the launch of Ontrack® Prepview™, a new Web-based trial preparation platform that helps attorneys collaborate and strategically organize all case information in one central location. Ontrack Prepview was designed in close collaboration with trial technology experts at TrialGraphix®, which was acquired by Kroll Ontrack in September 2007. Ontrack Prepview’s first module, Transcript Manager, specifically provides users with a robust suite of online features, which allows users to load, classify, review and annotate deposition transcripts, significantly driving down the time associated with deposition review and the total cost of litigation.

“We understand that the deposition review process can be overwhelming and time consuming, especially with multiple legal professionals, in different global locations, working on the same document sets,” said Erica Holborn, vice president of trial services for Kroll Ontrack and former president of TrialGraphix. "The functionality and robust features in Ontrack Preview’s Transcript Manager provides trial teams with all the resources needed to easily organize and review deposition transcripts and corresponding video for trial. The ability to seamlessly coordinate deposition review across the globe is increasingly more critical as international litigation is growing."
