Version 5 of the company's Tracer SMB-oriented call center software adds several new features and will also come with the Talkument voice documentation package.Tracer 5 sports a new user interface, improved search functionality, and call segment sharing -- by which users can share only relevant parts of a call -- as well as other enhancements. The software works on any of the hardware platforms offered by the company, including its off-the-shelf appliances as well as build-to-order servers.
Tracer will also come with unlimited user licenses for the company's Talkument software for storing, organizing, annotating, and sharing recordings of phone conversations.
