ONStor announced triple-digit growth of 354 percent in worldwide sales over the second quarter of 2006

CAMPBELL, Calif. -- ONStor Inc., the leading provider of scalable clustered NAS storage solutions for the enterprise, today announced triple-digit growth of 354% in worldwide sales over the second quarter of 2006. Combined sales in North America, the United Kingdom, continental Europe and Japan soared, beating sales of the first half of 2006 by 377%. To meet the fast-growing demand for its products, the company also expanded its management team by creating two new positions.

Through a strong channel focus, ONStor also expanded its global portfolio of customers by adding 60 new companies this half including Gaggle.net, Teletech, NetConnect, Inc., Sovereign Bank, Consortium Health, ZDF and University of Liverpool. ONStor now boasts more than 300 enterprise customers worldwide that have deployed its award winning Pantera Clustered NAS Systems and Bobcat NAS Gateways. The company has met success by targeting customers in Web 2.0, financial services and healthcare markets. Channel sales in the United States made up 70% of total sales with the remainder fulfilled directly. New resellers added to the business included Hammer PLC, SGI Japan, VeriStor Systems, Inc. and Zycko.
