Infoblox and Aruba Wireless Networks have announced a turnkey solution to help enterprises more easily deliver highly secure and easily managed mobility services. The solution combines Infoblox's network identity appliances with Aruba's enterprise wireless LAN systems.

The system integrates Aruba's wireless LAN switches and the Infoblox RADIUSone appliance, a plug-and-play device that provides authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) functions to control remote and local user access.

Deployed as a hardened, easy-to-manage appliance with full support for 802.1x authentication, the RADIUSone device provides security benefits and simplifies installation and management, say the comapnies. The joint solution has been interoperability tested and validated to provide a secure means to add wireless capabilities to an existing LAN infrastructure.

Infoblox also announced the availability of its RADIUSone appliance version 1.2 with new features designed to simplify deployment and delivery of highly secure and manageable authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) services for enterprises.
