MIS CDS Acquires i-Sentral

KENT, U.K. -- MIS Corporate Defence Solutions Limited (MIS CDS), one of the UK's largest IT security providers has acquired i-Sentral Security Ltd(i-Sentral) in a cash buyout. The acquisition includes the transfer of i-Sentral employees and assets.
