Joe Pellegrini is COO of Everstream. In that role, he leads Everstream’s operations management function, executing on the company’s organic growth initiatives and fiber network expansion plans. Joe first joined Everstream in 2018 as Vice President, Operations, and was promoted to Executive Vice President, Operations, in 2019 as the company prepared to invest $300 million into expanding its network. He oversees the Field Services and Network Planning teams, which represent key, local personnel in each market, and is tasked with executing on Everstream’s plans to strategically expand its new fiber network. He has more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications, wireless deployment, construction, and management, and has led cross-functional teams responsible for designing, implementing, mapping and tracking both wireline and wireless deployment while consistently meeting aggressive customer goals.
