Shane Geary is the SVP of Manufacturing & Operations at Pragmatic Semiconductor. Shane has over 25 years of leadership experience in semiconductor technology, manufacturing, and operations, most recently as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and Technology at Analog Devices Inc. (ADI). Shane's responsibilities included full accountability for manufacturing and operations for a number of ADI's wafer fabs in both Ireland and the US, in addition to process technology leadership for several key areas of the company's technology portfolio. He has a master's degree in Microelectronic Engineering from University College Cork and a master’s degree in Applied Statistics from Sheffield Hallam University.
